Calories Shifting Diet Review: Can You REALLY Lose 9 Lbs in 11 Days With It?

Hi, my name is Cristina Stone and I would like to share with you my experience of the Calorie Shifting Diet from Fat Loss 4 Idiots in this personal review.

You know it is very odd how certain events can trigger and prompt us to do certain things. Six months ago (April ’09) I was just about to meet my soon to be in-laws. I was really nervous, we were going steady for 9 months but never met his parents and were due to get married in April. Unexpectedly my boyfriend broke off our engagement on the same day I was due to meet my future in laws. My world just shattered that very day! It was so unexpected and this event really took a toll on me for the worst. I got highly depressed, felt miserable and very alone.

I stopped watching what I was eating....I hated my lower belly fat (got mistaken for being pregnant, a couple of times :(  ....I was feeling unattractive and I wanted a way out. I needed to lose weight and fast.

I started researching losing weight, diet programs, fat burning diets, diet pills, you name it.  I failed miserably for 3 months, I was actually gaining weight instead of losing it. Then one day I came across Fat Loss 4 Idiots's Calorie Shifting Diet. After about 2 months using the Calorie Shifting Diet, my weight dropped down to around 130 pounds.  The hardest thing, I was going to work and was seeing my ex on a daily basis, however the best thing about him seeing me and noticing my weight loss, felt satisfying and boosted my self-esteem tenfold. I feel healthier and happier with myself and my weight than I ever have. I was a little thinner in high school (about 125 lb.) but I certainly didn't even feel this healthy back then.
